Qualifications

• Clear med‑device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment.
• Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships.
• Understanding of NHS Procurement processes.
• Well‑developed communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Strong multichannel solution selling background.

Responsibilities

• Create regional account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Plan and prioritise sales activities for maximum customer contact.
• Liaise with internal functions for customer negotiations.
• Support customers with product evaluations and trials.
• Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships for product advocacy.
