Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a Key Account Manager in Swansea. In this role, you will develop account plans, engage customers, and drive sales of the Mölnlycke ORS portfolio. Your proven experience in medical device sales and strong relationship-building skills will be vital for exceeding sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, especially in a surgical environment.
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
• Understanding of NHS Procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create regional account plans to close business opportunities.
• Plan sales activities to maximize customer contact.
• Liaise with internal functions for commercial proposals.
• Support product evaluations to promote sales.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
