Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager for its express logistics division in Slough. You will own major customer relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver service excellence and growth.

The role is hybrid, with 40-hour weeks and flexible hours between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Regular customer site visits are required, with a focus on revenue and profitability growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management within logistics, transport, express parcels, courier, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Demonstrable track record of growing revenue and gross profit within existing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing pricing structures, renewals and negotiations.
• Experience handling large, complex or multi-site customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic and high-value customer accounts, developing and implementing long-term account management plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across customer organisations.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for allocated enterprise accounts, ensuring retention and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and additional services.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted sectors to contribute to revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage contract renewals, pricing reviews and commercial negotiations to maximise profitability and maintain relationships.
• Lead customer meetings, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to review performance and opportunities.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction and profitability, implementing improvement plans where required.
