Job summary

Airborne Environmental Consultants is seeking a commercially driven Key Account and Business Development Consultant to join our Manchester team. You’ll manage existing client relationships, win new business and drive revenue across asbestos consultancy services, with 60% focus on current accounts and 40% on new opportunities.

You'll leverage a strong network, negotiate contracts and contribute to growth within an employee-owned organisation that offers a competitive salary (£40k DOE) +

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, contract support, account management or business development.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell AEC's compliance and training services.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and site visits.
• Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
• Drive client retention and long-term account growth.
