You will develop sourcing strategies, build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with security and ethical standards, while working 37 hours per week at the Farnborough head office.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to influence procurement activity.
• Maintain awareness of defence supplier restrictions and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Business Partnering team to identify opportunities to utilise existent supplier relationships and frameworks.
• Collaboratively develop sourcing strategies with stakeholders to ensure alignment of targets, improve supplier performance, and implement continuous improvement plans across spend.
