Job summary

QinetiQ in Farnborough is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to support complex projects from bidding through delivery. You’ll develop tailored risk solutions, maintain risk registers and cost/schedule risk analyses to inform decision-making.

Role requires extensive risk management experience, experience with Predict! tools, and qualifications in risk management. The role is 37 hours per week at Farnborough with eligibility for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Extensive, measurable risk management experience across project lifecycles.
• Ability to develop and implement new risk processes and standards.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive best practice and implementation of risk management systems.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and tailored approaches.
• Analyse risk data and provide cost/schedule risk analyses.
• Advise teams on exposure, contingency and operational impacts.
• Lead complex projects delivering effective risk management outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders and provide risk assurance aligned with processes.
