Job summary

Atradius is a global insurance and risk services provider seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives within the ITS organization. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and risks, and ensure governance and quality across cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish and a proactive, collaborative mindset are valued as you navigate an international environment and align with Demand and Portfolio Management under the PPMO framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience +5 years as a Project Manager or in a project support role, preferably in business transformation projects or ITS.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Azure Boards, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project).
• Proficiency in English and advanced level of Spanish recommended. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Eager to learn and develop project management capabilities.
• Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Organized, structured and attentive to detail.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing international environment.
• Certification in Project Management.
• Experience in consultancy, financial services, banking or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex projects.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams throughout the organization, enabling a teamwork environment to accomplish the project’s goals.
• Ensure projects comply with the PPMO framework and collaborate with Demand Management and Portfolio Management.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Report project status and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required project governance and quality standards.
• Budget management.
