Job summary

Atradius seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will manage risks, issues, and dependencies while collaborating with Demand and Portfolio Management to maintain high governance and quality standards.

You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive change across the organization, including cybersecurity and cloud migration components, in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a project support role, preferably in ITS/business transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies and related tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing IT projects with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and migration aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects within time, scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve goals.
• Ensure adherence to the PPMO framework and coordinate with Demand and Portfolio Management.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance and quality standards; manage budgets.
