Atradius IT Services is seeking a Demand Manager team leader to drive the development of ideas across the portfolio and supervise the Demand Managers. You will support governance and portfolio reporting across the ITS portfolio.

Collaborating with ITS, Business and Finance Architects, you will shape opportunities into clear demands, identify requirements, risks and benefits, and help translate them into executable plans with defined resources and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PM or BA role with relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Demand Managers, set priorities and guide idea development
