Job summary

Leeds Trinity University is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee IT contracts and commercial agreements across the University. You will report to the Delivery Partner - Professional Services & Critical Technologies and ensure value for money, risk minimisation and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will manage relationships with IT, Procurement, Finance and Legal Services, oversee the full contract lifecycle, and provide commercial guidance to projects and procurement

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier contracts in a complex organisation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with IT contracts and working in the public sector or higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals, variations and terminations.
• Act as the main point of contact for contract-related matters between the University and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations, KPIs and service levels.
• Work with Procurement and Legal Services to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to support projects and procurement activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk reduction and service improvements.
• Lead supplier review meetings and support supplier relationship management activities.
• Provide reports and assurance to senior stakeholders on contract performance, risks and upcoming renewals.
