Job summary

Leeds Trinity University is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee IT contracts and commercial agreements across the University. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, from renewals to terminations, and act as the primary liaison with suppliers while supporting procurement and legal teams.

You will ensure value for money, governance, data protection and regulatory compliance, with a focus on risk reduction and contract performance in a higher education environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing supplier contracts in a complex organisation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, assess risk, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Experience in IT contracts within public sector or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals and terminations.
• Act as main point of contact for contract matters with suppliers.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance across contracts.
• Provide reports to senior stakeholders on risks and renewals.
