Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee in-life management of key accounts, ensuring service requirements, SLAs, charges and other contract parameters are managed to mitigate risk and protect profitability. You will interpret contracts, assure project contracting, and act as a trusted adviser to sales and operations teams.

You will handle disputes and negotiations to drive positive outcomes for Computacenter, requiring problem solving, contract knowledge, and familiarity with IT

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large and complex contracts.
• Strong drafting capability for contractual documentation.
• Ability to assess and manage complex risks and issues.
• Excellent communication across senior management levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain contract documentation and calendars.
• Manage obligations and change control in line with contracts.
• Escalate to legal advisers as needed and liaise with sales/ops teams.
• Negotiate contract terms and provide commercial solutions in-life.
• Act as trusted adviser to ensure contractual obligations are met.
