Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking a qualified solicitor with around 5 to 9 years PQE to advise on commercial and technology contracts for clients and suppliers. The role covers outsourcing, supply chain and IT contracts, and new technology work including AI systems.

You will manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and coach junior team members to help grow the team. Flexible working is considered as part of a well-supported, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with around 5–9 years PQE.
• Experience of strategic commercial contracts and technology work.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Experience supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Advise on outsourcing, supply chain and IT contracts.
• Draft and negotiate technology contracts including AI systems.
• Contribute to client management and business development such as seminars and training.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and help grow the team.
