Job summary

Sagacity is seeking a Technical Change and Delivery Manager to own the governance, change control, defect resolution and compliance across our IT landscape. You will lead end-to-end change for client solutions and the internal change programme, working closely with the Head of IT and PMO to shape processes and drive value.

You will manage delivery cadences, balancing resource demand, reporting risks and issues, and embedding agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or delivery management in a consultancy, data or technology services environment.
• Proven ownership of change control or governance processes in a technical setting.
• Experience with IT service management (ITIL) and security/compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Change Control Notice (CCN) process for live solutions, from design through deployment.
• Coordinate defect resolution end-to-end, ensuring SLA compliance and root-cause fixes.
• Support ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance activities with audit-ready evidence.
• Lead internal IT projects from initiation to closure with measurable benefits.
• Forecast demand and manage resources across change, defect and compliance work.
