Job summary

Gist is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to shape and deliver technical change across Corporate Functions, including People, Finance and Health, Safety & Sustainability. You will translate business priorities into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Product for Corporate Systems, you will work with stakeholders to identify improvements, map processes and support design, testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst, capable across business and technology teams.
• Proven delivery of sizable, high-value projects with strong requirements and process analysis.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments; capable of workshops.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into clear business and technical requirements.
• Analyse current and future processes and map improvements.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation.
• Maintain requirements traceability and BAU handover.
