Job summary

Gist is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to shape and deliver technical change across corporate functions (People, Finance, and Health, Safety & Sustainability). You will work with stakeholders to translate priorities into clear business and technical requirements and support solution design, testing and deployment.

Reporting to the Head of Product for Corporate Systems, you will manage requirements across SAP ECC/S4 HANA and MS 365, with a hybrid working pattern from Chineham Head

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst across business and technology teams.
• Strong requirements and process analysis skills with ability to facilitate workshops.
• Experience delivering large, high-value projects and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Turn business priorities into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse current and future processes and support solution design, testing and implementation.
• Ensure change is delivered while maintaining requirements traceability and BAU handover.
• Collaborate with technology, data, architecture, security and suppliers to ensure compliant solutions.
