Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience working on IT projects or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Produce clear documentation including business cases and process maps.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements for developers.
• Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements.
