Qualifications

• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Proficient in documenting BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing processes.
• Experience in banking/finance sector preferred.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements.
• Develop process maps, user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, testers to ensure delivery.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and coordinating testing.
