Job summary

Hypercreate Ltd is partnering with a forward-looking client in the UK to hire a dedicated and analytical Business Analyst. The role sits at the intersection of business objectives and technology solutions, driving digital transformation and operational growth.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, lead workshops, model as-is and to-be processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT, PM, and business units to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within the IT/Tech sector.
• Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience working across various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
