National Highways seeks an IT Audit Manager to lead audits across risk management, internal control and governance. You will plan, supervise and deliver IT audits and advisory engagements, reporting to the Head of IT Audit and supporting robust systems and processes across the organisation.

You will mentor auditors, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality findings and recommendations to strengthen technology risk controls and governance.

Qualifications

• CISA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Significant experience leading and developing IT audit teams, including line management.
• Proven experience developing audit strategies and annual audit plans, and leading complex, risk-based audit engagements.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of the IT audit plan including prioritising resources and timelines.
• Lead and manage an audit team on assignments, planning and delivery of the audit programme.
• Review audit documentation from terms of reference to audit report ensuring quality standards.
• Attend and present at senior meetings, communicating key findings to executives and the Board.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders built on trust.
• Support development and delivery of robust IT risk management and governance processes.
