Job summary

National Highways is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join the Corporate Risk and Assurance division within the Business Services Directorate. You will guide risk-based IT audits, manage a team of auditors, and report findings to senior stakeholders, helping strengthen governance and controls across National Highways.

You will collaborate with the Head of IT Audit to develop robust audit plans, ensure timely delivery, and contribute to high-quality assurance across technology and risk domains.

Qualifications

• CISA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Significant experience leading IT audit teams and line management.
• Experience developing audit strategies and leading risk-based audits.
• Strong report-writing and communication for Exec/Board stakeholders.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL and NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Plan IT audit programme priorities and ensure resources.
• Lead and develop a team of auditors on assignments.
• Review audit documentation from TOR to report and action management.
• Present audit findings to senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
