Job summary

National Highways is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead a skilled team within the Corporate Risk and Assurance division. You will plan and deliver IT internal audits, provide independent assurance on risk management, controls and governance, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will develop audit strategies, manage resource priorities, and present findings to the Executive and Board-level stakeholders, ensuring high-quality reporting and adherence to COBIT, ITIL and NIST CSF

Qualifications

• CISA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience leading and developing IT audit teams and setting objectives.
• Proven ability to develop audit strategies and annual audit plans.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills for Executive/Board stakeholders.
• Extensive IT and OT audit experience with knowledge of technology risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver IT internal audits, advisory and assurance engagements.
• Lead and manage an audit team, allocate resources and oversee delivery to high standards.
• Review audit documentation from terms of reference to final report and action management.
• Present audit findings at senior meetings and act as a trusted business advisor.
• Develop relationships with senior clients and stakeholders based on professional trust.
