Job summary

Rexel UK in Blackpool is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to hit branch targets with an excellent sales service.

You'll engage customers by phone, in-branch, or by email to build loyalty, grow a live portfolio, and become the subject matter expert for your clients while supporting the wider branch team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets with a strong sales service.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers by phone, in-branch or email to drive loyalty.
• Handle a live portfolio of customers while targeting new profitable accounts as first contact for key clients.
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, trade counter, and picking/packing to ensure timely orders.
