Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales professional for our Blackpool branch to manage existing accounts, build new business and deliver outstanding sales service across phone, email and in-branch interactions.

You will act as the first point of contact for key customers, understand their requirements, build rapport and grow the client portfolio while supporting branch activities to ensure orders are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive customer-focused role with sales targets.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and in-branch conversations.
• Proactive in building rapport and growing a customer portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent service to key customers via phone, in-branch, or email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow partnerships.
• Grow and manage a live portfolio of customers while targeting new profitable accounts.
• Support the wider branch team, including Trade Counter duties and order fulfillment.
• Identify business opportunities and maintain high service standards across channels.
