Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to develop and deliver a clear, engaging internal communications strategy across the organisation. The role will support culture, transparency and employee engagement through channels including intranet, newsletters and digital content.

You will line manage the Internal Communications Specialist, work with senior leaders, and ensure communications are inclusive and impactful for all staff.

Qualifications

• Proven internal communications experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience driving cultural change within organisations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailoring messages for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an internal communication strategy aligned to Saab UK’s vision, values and goals.
• Plan and manage campaigns to support initiatives, updates and change programs.
• Embed company values into all internal communications to reinforce culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive visibility and transparent messaging.
