The Works Stores Ltd. is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to connect colleagues to our purpose, strategy and the impact of changes. You will plan and prepare our communications calendar, coordinating priorities, campaigns and key moments across the business.

Working with leaders and teams, you’ll shape the approach, provide trusted communications advice and deliver polished content that informs and engages colleagues through a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strategic and commercially aware – understand how the business operates and connect communications to wider priorities and colleague outcomes.
• An experienced communications professional – evidence of delivering campaigns and colleague communications to varied audiences.
• A skilled storyteller – turn complex information into clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
• Exceptional copywriting – write clearly with natural tone and high attention to detail.
• Audience-obsessed – focus on what colleagues need and how communications affect them.
• Organised and resilient – manage a busy communications calendar and remain proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
