Job summary

Grundon is seeking an Internal Communications & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Colnbrook. You will manage internal comms, craft engaging content and support marketing activities to strengthen employee engagement and business growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work across channels, maintain our GrunHub platform, and provide insights through monthly reports. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, PR, or marketing/communications roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across channels.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an effective internal communications strategy for the organisation.
• Maintain GrunHub and coordinate with developers for content across digital channels.
• Create articles, photography, video, emails and push notifications for colleagues.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on visual assets for communications.
• Utilise analytics and feedback to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Produce monthly internal communications performance reports with insights.
• Support Sales and Client Engagement with marketing activities and events.
• Manage stocks of promotional materials and sales literature.
