Job summary

Grundon is seeking a creative Content Marketing Executive to join our Colnbrook-based team. You will own multi-channel content from idea to delivery across websites, blogs, email, social media, and sales materials.

The role focuses on turning ideas into engaging content with SEO and AI-enabled discovery, collaborating with the Marketing team, and supporting business goals while maintaining Grundon’s brand voice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, copywriting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in content creation, strategy, and multi-channel marketing; experience with scriptwriting and video/animation concept development is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of tone of voice and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multi-channel content across websites, blogs, guides, social media, email, newsletters, sales literature, video, and other formats, tailoring content to different audiences and aligning it with Grundon’s brand and commercial objectives.
• Lead and develop our content strategy and editorial calendar, managing multiple projects from initial brief and idea generation through to delivery, ensuring content supports wider Marketing and business priorities.
• Create thought leadership and industry content by researching market trends, industry developments, and customer needs, turning complex information into engaging and accessible content that positions Grundon as a trusted industry expert.
• Drive SEO and AI discovery, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to optimise content for search engines and AI-powered search and answer platforms.
• Support our Commercial team by creating customer-focused content and marketing materials that help generate new business, retain customers, and strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts across the business, drawing on their knowledge and expertise to develop accurate, relevant, and credible content.
• Collaborate with Design and Multimedia teams to bring content to life through engaging visual and multimedia formats, including video, animation, and infographics
