Job summary

Grundon, based in Colnbrook, is seeking an Internal Communications & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on developing internal comms, maintaining our GrunHub platform, and creating engaging content across digital and physical channels.

You will work with designers to produce visual assets and analyze engagement data to drive improvements. A UK driving licence and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or a related subject.
• 1-2 years' experience in internal communications, PR, or a marketing/communications-related role.
• GCSE English at Grade C/3 or above, with A Level English desirable.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of an effective internal communications strategy.
• Support the maintenance of GrunHub, and assist with comms across channels.
• Create and share engaging content including articles, photography, video, internal emails and push notifications.
• Work with Graphic Designers to develop visual assets across channels.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve engagement.
• Produce monthly internal communications performance reports.
• Support Sales and Client Engagement with marketing activities.
• Monitor stocks of promotional materials and sales literature.
