Job summary

Grundon Waste Management Ltd based in Colnbrook is seeking an Internal Communications & Marketing Executive to keep employees informed, engaged and connected. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will deliver clear, timely communications across channels and lead on employee announcements and campaigns.

You will create content, manage the GrunHub platform, and support senior leaders while assisting with marketing activities and campaigns that strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• A Marketing degree or related subject is required.
• 1–2 years in internal communications, PR or marketing.
• GCSE English at Grade C/3 or above; A Level English desirable.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of an internal communications strategy.
• Maintain GrunHub and coordinate content across digital and physical channels.
• Create engaging content including articles, photography and videos.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers on visual assets.
• Use analytics and surveys to improve engagement and identify opportunities.
• Produce monthly internal communications reports with insights.
• Support Sales and Client Engagement with marketing activities, including events.
• Monitor stocks of promotional materials and sales literature.
