Job summary

Grundon is seeking a creative Content Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Colnbrook. You will turn ideas into content across websites, blogs, email, social media, and sales materials, balancing creativity with commercial goals.

You’ll own the content calendar, develop thought leadership, optimise for search, and collaborate with design and multimedia teams to deliver engaging, brand-consistent content that supports Grundon’s customer and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in content marketing, campaign management, copywriting or a related role.
• Experience creating content, strategy and multi-channel marketing; scriptwriting and video concepts are a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing with strong tone of voice and brand consistency.
• Ability to tailor content to different audiences and channels.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEO/AEO best practices and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multi‑channel content across websites, blogs, guides, social media, email, newsletters, sales literature, video and other formats.
• Lead and develop the content strategy and editorial calendar across multiple projects.
• Create thought leadership content by researching market trends and customer needs.
• Drive SEO and AI discovery, working with the Digital Marketing Executive to optimise content.
• Support Commercial team by creating customer‑focused content and marketing materials.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts to develop accurate, credible content.
• Collaborate with Design and Multimedia teams to produce engaging visuals and multimedia formats.
