• Define and lead Yorkshire Water's internal communications strategy, positioning it as a trusted strategic partner for performance and transformation.
• Advise Executive and senior leaders on communications, shaping approaches and influencing decisions.
• Translate strategy into meaningful communications to help colleagues understand their contributions to customers and the environment.
• Modernise channels, governance and data usage to create an agile, measurable service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing internal communications team across the organisation.
• Ensure effective communications during incidents and organisational change to maintain resilience.
