Job summary

VMA Group is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead employee communications and engagement across a global workforce. The role is mostly in the office in London with one day from home, and involves working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategy and hands-on delivery.

The successful candidate will develop communications across multiple channels, oversee key engagement campaigns, and support company-wide events while managing a small team.

Our client, a fast growing international organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead employee communications and engagement initiatives across a global workforce.

Working closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, you'll drive internal communication strategies, oversee key employee engagement campaigns, and support the delivery of company-wide events. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.
