Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to lead the development and delivery of our Internal Communications strategy, including leadership communication. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including the Board, to ensure consistent, engaging content across channels such as our SharePoint intranet, colleague app, Town Hall and digital screens.

Experience within Internal Communications is essential.
Strong understanding of strategic communications.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Excellent writing and attention to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of Internal Communications strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including Board level.
Plan and produce content for SharePoint intranet, colleague app, Town Hall and digital screens.
Develop reporting mechanisms to share with the business and ensure data-driven decisions.
Support with leadership events and cross-team collaboration.
