Job summary

Landsec is seeking an Internal Communications Executive in London. You will develop and deliver engaging internal communications to inform, engage and motivate employees, aligning with strategy, culture and purpose.

Working in the Corporate Affairs team, you’ll manage channels, support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to change programmes, with a hybrid working pattern and strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in internal communications within a corporate function.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 internal channels.
• Knowledge of internal comms best practices, engagement techniques and benchmarking.
• Ability to apply analytics to demonstrate impact and guide choices.
• Experience using communication to support organisational change.
• Excellent writing, attention to detail, creativity, project management and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Source, create and deliver compelling news and content for employees across the business.
• Manage internal channels including intranet, Landsec Hub, weekly newsletter The Loop, and internal digital screens; create visual content in Canva.
• Develop and deliver the internal communications calendar and portfolio of activities.
• Collaborate with People team on employee engagement initiatives, recognition and surveys.
• Coordinate with Digital Communications & Content Executive to align priorities.
• Build relationships across the business to understand internal comms needs and advise on approaches.
• Act as ambassador for the Corporate Affairs team and lead communications for Employee Forum and Affinity networks.
• Support internal events such as Town Halls and Loop Live sessions for in-person and online audiences.
• Support change management programmes and liaise with external suppliers.
• Evaluate content performance and recommend enhancements based on data.
