Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and manage end-to-end client lifecycle.
• Develop long-term executive relationships with brokers, carriers and MGAs.
• Own the customer experience and identify opportunities to expand platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Integrations and Commercial teams to influence roadmaps.
