Job summary

Verisk is expanding its Whitespace platform team in London, seeking experienced insurance professionals to act as trusted strategic partners for brokers, carriers and specialty insurers. You’ll manage onboarding, sustain executive relationships, and drive customer value through digital transformation journeys.

• You’ll become a trusted strategic partner to some of the world's leading brokers, carriers and specialty insurers, helping them maximise the value of the Whitespace platform while supporting their digital transformation journeys.
• From onboarding new customers to developing long-term executive relationships, you'll own the customer experience from end to end – ensuring every client receives exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across their business.
• As Whitespace continues its impressive growth, you'll join a high-performing Account Management and Commercial team that's building lasting partnerships with many of the biggest names in specialty insurance.
• You’ll work alongside Product, Support, Integrations and Commercial colleagues, giving customers a direct voice into the future development of the platform.
