Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking an Innovation & Transformation Lead to join our Red Bull account. This role drives innovation, technology and business transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape the strategic roadmap, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams across commercial, field operations and technology partners to embed new ideas into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Led change, transformation or innovation programmes within FMCG, retail, field sales or customer-focused environments.
• Experience as Innovation Lead, Transformation Lead, or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Leading innovation, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Red Bull account.
• Building and managing a roadmap of strategic projects and business enhancement opportunities.
• Partnering with Red Bull stakeholders to understand future priorities and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Evaluating new technologies, tools and capabilities that could enhance business performance.
• Working with field teams, insight teams and operational leaders to ensure solutions are practical and successfully adopted.
• Managing projects from concept, planning and pilot stages through to full deployment.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions and strategic planning meetings.
• Creating business cases, implementation plans and performance measures.
• Monitoring adoption, engagement and ROI to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Acting as a bridge between commercial teams, field operations, technology partners and client stakeholders.
• Presenting recommendations, progress updates and future roadmaps to senior leaders and clients.
