Together Trust is seeking a Service Transformation & Innovation Lead to connect services, strategic programmes and priorities, translating ambitious strategy into practical, sustainable change across the organisation. You will act as a key connector, shaping delivery plans and guiding teams to move from ideas to measurable outcomes.

In this hybrid role (Cheadle/home-based with travel across the Northwest) you will partner with senior leaders to manage dependencies, embed innovation, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisation-wide improvement across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder influencing without direct authority.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and risks across programmes.
• Familiarity with transformation, innovation and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead improvement activity to deliver the five-year strategy.
• Turn ambitions into practical delivery plans with clear priorities.
• Identify opportunities to align projects and change activity.
• Support senior leaders to manage priorities and capacity.
• Champion innovation and sharing of best practice across services.
• Move ideas and sustainability priorities into practical change.
• Facilitate cross-service collaboration to reduce duplication.
• Provide governance reporting and delivery assurance.
• Work in line with safeguarding and compliance policies.
