Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation across large organisations.
• Experience in SaaS/software/insurance/insurance tech industries is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation initiatives across the Acturis Group, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve operating models and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans, defining roadmaps, dependencies and resource alignment to drive delivery.
• Embed change across the organisation and ensure lasting adoption of new ways of working.
