Qualifications

• Experience advising executives on transformation strategy.
• Ability to design operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience delivering benefits realisation and ensuring value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders on business transformation strategy, operating model design and organisational readiness.
• Lead transformation discovery engagements and facilitate workshops to define vision and roadmaps.
• Support development of business cases, value propositions and transformation strategies aligned to client priorities.
• Design and implement benefits realisation frameworks focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight across transformation programmes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support governance forums and programme leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of Business Analysis, Change Management and Learning activities with programme objectives.
• Conduct transformation maturity assessments and assurance reviews to support delivery.
