Job summary

Rightmove is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to partner with the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development and other senior leaders to shape the company’s strategic direction in a highly visible role.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, influence senior business decisions, and contribute to growth and planning activities across the business. The role offers hybrid work with in-office days and opportunities to impact core strategy decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, in-house Corporate Strategy, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations using hypothesis-based problem solving.
• Excellent analytical capability with qualitative and quantitative analysis (including data analysis and financial modelling).
• Strong communicator with executive presence to credibly engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team: presenting to senior leaders and delivering core analytical and presentation deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the most important strategic projects from framing to executive recommendations.
• Lead development of Rightmove’s long-term strategic plan and key documents in partnership with senior leaders.
• Synthesize market developments and competitive dynamics to drive strategic and commercial decisions.
