Job summary

Rightmove, the UK's leading property platform, seeks a Senior Corporate Development Manager to shape and execute long-term growth strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities across Build, Buy, and Partner paths and drive cross-functional deal execution.

You will own the transaction lifecycle from market screening to due diligence, and post-acquisition integration to realise synergies. A lean, high-impact team awaits your strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Development or Strategy Consulting with relevant experience.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and sound strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical capability with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent communication with executive presence and senior stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple parts of the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to integration.
• Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team and presenting to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic assessment: Frame complex opportunities, evaluate options across Build, Buy, Partner pathways.
• End to end transaction management: Lead stakeholder engagement and orchestrate all steps of the lifecycle.
• Integration and value creation: Own post-acquisition integration framework to deliver synergies.
• Market intelligence: Develop deep Proptech expertise through market research and external relationships.
