Job summary

Rightmove seeks a Senior Corporate Development Manager to shape and execute long-term growth. You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate high-impact opportunities across organic build, partnerships, minority investments, acquisitions, and portfolio optimisation, influencing strategic direction at the highest level.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead market screening, due diligence, financial analysis and deal execution with external advisors and internal teams, driving post‑deal

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in corporate development or strategy consulting with digital marketplaces/tech/media experience.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and undertake strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical capability, including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Excellent executive communication and presence with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to integration.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and delivering core analytics and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic assessment: Frame complex opportunities, evaluate Build/Buy/Partner options.
• End-to-end transaction management: Drive senior stakeholder engagement and govern the lifecycle.
• Integration and value-creation: Own post-acquisition integration to deliver synergies.
• Market intelligence: Develop Proptech expertise through market research and external relations.
