STRABAG UK is seeking an Information Manager to lead IM governance on the SRFI project at SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett. You will develop and maintain the Information Management Plan, manage CDE, BEP and information exchange, and coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure secure, traceable data flows across design, construction and commissioning.

• Experience implementing IM governance on construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage information risks, exceptions and escalation.
• Experience leading information control teams and capability development.
• Delivery planning skills for TIDPs, MIDPs and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder communication, training and workshop facilitation.
• Practical application of ISO 19650 series and UK BIM Framework.
• Governing CDE workflows, metadata, revisions and audit trails.
• Understanding interoperability, data mapping and controlled CDE exchanges.
• Coordinating client and supplier information requirements and obligations.
• Information assurance, corrective actions and asset handover progression.
• Ability to validate structured data and report via dashboards.
• Security-minded IM with access controls and retention.
• Apply corporate IM framework across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the STRABAG UK IM Framework on assigned projects under the Head of Information Management.
• Translate policy and templates into proportionate project arrangements and obtain departures approvals.
• Develop and maintain the Information Management Plan, CDE, and handover procedures.
• Coordinate and maintain the BEP with the BIM team and delivery teams.
• Translate client requirements into deliverables, responsibilities and exchange milestones.
• Coordinate and consolidate TIDPs and MIDP, monitor delivery against programme.
• Act as project IM interface with clients and suppliers; organise mobilisation and readiness checks.
• Oversee information control and CDE resources, clarifying ownership and approvals.
• Govern a connected CDE with defined sources, metadata, revisions and workflows.
• Support model-centric delivery with design, BIM, GIS, construction and asset teams.
• Define interfaces between project, client and supplier systems and preserve metadata.
• Implement security controls with IT and security leads; manage permissions.
• Coordinate validation and verification against information requirements.
• Maintain information risks, issues and corrective actions; support IM assurance and audits.
• Report performance and gaps to project leadership using validated data.
• Enable analytics and controlled automation; verify outputs before adoption.
• Plan progressive asset information delivery and handover with retention and archiving.
• Share lessons and contribute to central standards and improvements.
