Zusammenfassung

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Information Governance and Records Manager to lead information governance, records management and compliance across the trust. You will work with the Head of Information Governance, DPO and Deputy Head to deliver strategies, policies and audits, coordinate DPIAs, FOI publication schemes and the trust-wide archiving service.

The role offers opportunity to influence best practice, train staff, and promote effective information governance

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in information governance and data protection compliance.
• Experience with DPIAs, FOI, and information-sharing agreements.
• Ability to advise on contracts and data transfer agreements.
• Experience managing archive services and records destruction.
• Ability to coordinate IGG and IAG meetings.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Trust-wide archiving service and records appraisal.
• Support data protection audits and DSP Toolkit requirements.
• Prepare agendas, reports and minutes for IGG and IAG.
• Ensure DPIAs and FOI publication schemes are kept up to date.
• Advise on information governance queries and training.
• Promote information governance across CLCH.
