Tailor Made Resources Limited is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to own the indirect spend function, drive cost-efficient purchasing strategies, and lead supplier relationships to support scaling operations. The role emphasizes compliance and process improvements across departments.

You will manage spend across Energy, Facilities, IT, Packaging, Transport, and Capex, while leveraging data to identify savings opportunities and ensure favorable contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement across FMCG/agrifood/manufacturing preferred.
• Solid understanding of fast-moving supply chains in FMCG.
• Track record of achieving cost savings and favorable supplier terms.
• Experience managing ESOS compliance and cross-department process improvements.
• MCIPS/CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect spend categories (Energy, Facilities, IT, Packaging, Transport, Capex) to maximise value.
• Analyse spend data and supplier markets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating terms and SLAs.
• Oversee land management tasks with Planning and Estate advisors to ensure compliance.
• Partner with external consultants to maintain ESOS compliance.
