Job summary

Field Energy in London is seeking an Indirects Procurement Manager to design and lead Field’s global indirect procurement function. You will map expenses, run tenders, and negotiate complex contracts across HR, Finance, IT, and Engineering, coordinating with international teams.

This permanent, full-time role demands legal fluency, international experience, and a pragmatic operator attitude to scale Field’s operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in indirect procurement in fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Experience managing global spend across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Europe).
• Strong legal/contractual fluency and ability to review/amend contractual language.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize company indirect spend across UK and Europe.
• Lead end-to-end tenders and supplier consolidation.
• Draft and negotiate SOWs, MSAs, and SLA terms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and Engineering to manage contracts and licenses.
• Build procurement templates and buying guidelines for multi-country use.
