Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor to shape recruitment strategy, lead activity across service areas, and advise hiring managers. Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment.
• Experience of managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment.
• The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Project Management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activity across a portfolio of service areas and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Line manage a small team, developing colleagues and ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and support colleagues while driving talent pooling, assessment centres, employer branding and workforce planning.
• Configure, develop and enhance recruitment systems to deliver compliant, candidate-focused processes; use MI and analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Lead system implementation, testing, user adoption and stakeholder engagement across complex recruitment environments.
