Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Strategic Implementation, Insight and Evaluation Officer to join the Strategic Implementation, Insight & Portfolio Management team. You will support development of Dorset’s Integrated Health Organisation (IHO) and a wide range of transformation programmes, turning priorities into measurable outcomes.

The role covers programme management, business analysis, insight, evaluation and improvement activity.

Competenze

• Experience of supporting projects, programmes or service improvement initiatives is essential.
• NHS, transformation, programme management or business analysis experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to gather and interpret complex information and produce high-quality written work.

Mansioni

• Support the development of the Integrated Health Organisation (IHO) proposition through research, evidence gathering, stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Support the development of strategic propositions, implementation plans, portfolio oversight arrangements, business cases, performance reporting, benefits realisation and evaluation activity through the provision of high-quality analysis, research, project management and stakeholder engagement support.
• Gather and interpret complex information, produce high-quality written work, manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships across stakeholders.
• Support the translation of agreed priorities into implementation plans, milestones, actions and deliverables.
• Support the identification of opportunities which may improve organisational performance, outcomes and productivity.
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones and support the production of performance and assurance reports.
• Contribute to the development of a culture of evidence-based decision making, organisational learning, continuous improvement and outcome-focused delivery across the Federated Dorset HealthCare and Dorset County Hospital.
